New Versions of the CCD47-10 and CCD42-40 with Very High Quantum Efficiency
e2v now offers the deep depletion astro multilayer-2 versions of their CCD47-10 and CCD42-40 as standard products. These devices have extraordinarily high quantum efficiency across the visible.
Like other deep depletion devices, these sensors are non-MPP with much higher dark current than standard silicon.
